Connection is personal. Velvet Haven welcomes LGBTQ+ adults alongside adults of all orientations and identities; it is not an LGBTQ-only service. Respect for one another is the shared starting point.
Your profile gives you space to share your interests, lifestyle and what you are looking for. There is no single story you need to fit, and no promise of a particular outcome.
Intentional from the beginning
Joining involves more than creating a login. A completed application, profile photo, independent government-ID age and identity verification, and staff review are required before approval. Verification alone does not guarantee approval.
Approved applicants can activate the existing $25/month recurring membership. Reporting, blocking and staff moderation support community standards, but verification and review cannot guarantee anyone’s conduct.

Velvet Haven is self-directed online dating, not professional matchmaking. Members browse profiles, choose who to send interest to and connect through member messaging. We do not provide a personal matchmaker or algorithmic matching, and do not promise matches.
